This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds on CommitSure. We are committed to fair practices while maintaining the integrity of our accountability platform.

Platform Fees

Important: Platform fees (activation fees, dispute fees, etc.) are generally non-refundable as they cover operational costs and ensure commitment seriousness.

Activation Fees: Paid by fulfillers when accepting commitments. These fees are non-refundable regardless of commitment outcome as they ensure serious participation.

Dispute Fees: Paid when raising disputes. These are non-refundable regardless of dispute outcome.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Technical Errors

If a payment was processed incorrectly due to a platform error.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction.

Commitment Cancelled Before Acceptance

If a commitment is deleted/cancelled before the fulfiller accepts.

Non-Refundable Situations

Commitment Failures

Fees paid for commitments that were not completed are not refundable.

Lost Disputes

Dispute fees are not refunded regardless of the outcome.

Category Unlock Fees

Fees paid to unlock categories after lockouts are non-refundable.

Change of Mind

Once a commitment is accepted, the activation fee cannot be refunded simply because you changed your mind.

Refund Process

To request a refund for eligible situations:

  1. Contact our support team at support@commitsure.com
  2. Provide your transaction ID and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Note: Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
